3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) for UK customers, with the AED equivalent shown for reference. The purchase price at time of order is the final price. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Refund Policy — 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us at contact@dreamcrafter11.com within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund within 24 hours — no questions asked.

Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After 7 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to offer refunds as the digital content will have been fully accessible and deliverable.

6. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

7. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" refers to access for the commercially reasonable lifetime of the product — meaning as long as DreamCrafter11 LLC continues to operate and maintain the product. In the unlikely event that we discontinue the product, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and ensure you have downloaded all content during that period.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Dubai Real Estate Agent Guide is provided for educational and informational purposes. While we have taken every care to ensure the accuracy of the content:

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. For UK customers, your statutory consumer rights under UK law are not affected by this clause.
